Everyone can overcome hardships to shape their lives and live more consciously, powerfully, and confidently.
I grew up in a home where family trauma made healthy relationships difficult. Although love was present, it co-existed with unhealthy relational patterns, and the fallout from divorce. After university, I lived for ten years in New York and returned to Berlin to be closer to my family. When my parents died, I deeply regretted what was lost but could have been. This rooted the seed for my work today.
While I supported myself with therapy, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and hypnosis, I still could not find balance after losing my parents. I beat myself up for not being able to function the way I did before. Then, I realized that 90% of my emotional states and symptoms were signs of a dysregulated nervous system, which was a huge turning point.
Working with the nervous system fundamentally changed my life. I never dreamed of feeling so stable and comfortable in my skin. I was surprised that I had become so accustomed to my limitations that it wasn't until I became more regulated that I realized that my mental health had been very off balance.
Now, I feel more healthy, agile, free, curious, and peaceful than ever – and that's possible for everyone, including you. I look forward to meeting you so you can learn to regulate your nervous system.
